It fulfils all requirements as a high quality chemical foaming agent with safe storage and shelf life, non-toxic, providing large amounts of gas production for material expansion.
AC-6000 is the most efficient and widely used chemical blowing agent in plastic and rubber polymers. It is 3-5 microns in size, decomposes at relatively high temperatures and outgasses in high volume and contains no toxic substances. Because of these properties, it can be used more safely than any other colorless chemical blowing agent to form white, microcellular structures.
